Yes! Although Baby bump capsules are pregnancy vitamins, it contains nutrients such as zinc, which contributes to normal fertility.

The spermogram is a male fertility test, it is an essential test. It involves collecting a semen sample by masturbation, after three to five days without sexual intercourse. This makes it possible to obtain a sample rich in sperm. The sample is then examined under a microscope to carry out a count and observe their morphology. An insufficient number, or the predominance of abnormal morphologies, may be the cause of infertility. Our male fertility food supplement can help in the spermatogenesis process.

A hypercaloric diet, excessive consumption of saturated fats and trans fatty acids, a high glycaemic index, and low nutritional density can be directly associated with an increase in oxidative stress, which is the underlying cause of health issues such as obesity, intestinal dysbiosis, type 2 diabetes, and insulin resistance.
