Although fenugreek is recognised for stimulating lactation, it can also cause side effects: changes in body odour, increased sweating, and even adverse effects for some pregnant women or people on medication (particularly anticoagulants or antidiabetics). We therefore chose moringa for our breastfeeding snack — a natural and gentle alternative, equally effective in supporting lactation, but better tolerated and without the drawbacks of fenugreek. The benefits of moringa do not stop there! It is also beneficial for combating fatigue.
