Among the most effective ingredients for stimulating hair growth, biotin and keratin hold a prominent place. Biotin, also known as vitamin B8, plays a key role in hair health by strengthening follicles*. The patented natural keratin extract Cynatine® HNS, contained in our hair growth capsule, is recognised for visibly improving hair resistance and volume**. In addition, taking a product women's food supplement with vitamins and minerals is compatible and can be beneficial. Indeed, vitamin B8, zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair.

The main difference between these supplements lies in the format. The Mama hair course comes in a liquid pipette format, to be taken on its own or diluted in a glass of water. The Mama hair pipette provides a 15-day course, whereas a pot of Hair essentials provides a 1-month course.

J'ai actuellement une très grosse perte de cheveux et je prends ce complément depuis maintenant 3 mois. Il parait que la perte peut-être d'autant plus impressionnante en allaitant (ce qui est mon cas) donc je ne sais pas si ce serait pire sans la prise de ce complément. Dans tous les cas, en l'état je ne peux pas dire que je le trouve véritablement efficace tant la perte de cheveux est impressionnante. Je vais tenter l'autre version en pipette.
