Purple Power — Is Purple Power a complete source of protein?

Animal protein sources (meat, eggs, etc.) are considered "complete" because they provide all nine essential amino acids, whereas plant-based sources (vegetables, legumes, cereals, etc.) are called "incomplete" because they may be deficient in one or more essential amino acids. The combination of our 3 plant-based protein sources produces a complete mix, which is calculated using the chemical score (a measure used to determine the quality of essential amino acids, also known as the amino acid profile). A chemical score above 100 means the protein has a complete and functional amino acid profile. Our mix has a chemical score of 124.
