Choconut power — Is Choconut power a complete protein source?

Animal protein sources (meat, eggs, etc.) are considered "complete" as they provide the nine essential amino acids, whereas plant-based sources (vegetables, pulses, cereals, etc.) are described as "incomplete" as they may be deficient in one or more essential amino acids. The combination of our 3 plant-based protein sources provides a complete mix, which is calculated using the chemical score (used to determine the quality of essential amino acids, also known as the aminogram). A chemical score above 100 means that the protein has a complete and functional aminogram. Our mix has a chemical score of 124.
