I'd like to know how to receive points from my recent orders.

Loyalty points are usually credited automatically after each order, provided you are enrolled in our loyalty programme. If that is not the case, you can sign up from this page. If your points are not showing, please check that you have used the same email address as the one linked to your loyalty account. If you have any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at contact@jollymama.com – we will be happy to look into this and resolve it for you. Once your points have been credited, you can convert them into discount vouchers of 5, 10 or 20 euros directly from your loyalty account area. You will receive a code to apply at the time of your order, from your customer account.
