I cannot access my loyalty account.

To access your loyalty account, you must first log in to your customer account.

If you do not receive the password reset email, it is possible that you have not yet created or verified your account.

In that case, write to us at contact@jollymama.com: we will look into this together and help you regain access to your account.

Please note: the loyalty programme is only accessible to customers with an active customer account.
