Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and trackers are, how we use them on the jollymama.com website (the "Site") and how you can manage your choices at any time.

The Site is operated by SAS CAZERA, whose brand is JOLLY MAMA, with registered offices at 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France, acting as data controller. For any questions regarding this matter, you can contact us at the following address: contact@jollymama.com.

1. What is a cookie?

The term "cookie" covers all trackers placed or read on your terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit the Site: HTTP cookies, tracking pixels, identifiers generated by software or an operating system, and similar technologies.

2. Your consent

In accordance with applicable regulations (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the ePrivacy Directive), cookies that are not strictly necessary for the operation of the Site are only placed with your prior consent, collected via our cookie management tool.

Until you have expressed a choice, no cookie subject to consent will be placed. Your choice (acceptance or refusal) is stored for 6 months, after which you will be asked again. Any settings you configure (acceptance or refusal) may modify your browsing on the Site and potentially the conditions of access to certain services requiring the use of these same cookies. Refusing certain cookies may lead to the unavailability of certain optional features relying on these trackers.

You can modify or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the "Manage my cookies" link at the bottom of each page of the Site, which reopens the cookie management tool.

3. Who places cookies on the Site?

JOLLY MAMA and certain partners may act, depending on the processing activities involved, as data controllers, joint controllers or data processors. Cookies may be placed directly by JOLLY MAMA (“first-party cookies”) for the purposes of browsing and the operation of the Site, but also by third-party partners (“third-party cookies”), listed in Section 5, in order to identify your areas of interest and send you personalised offers. These third-party cookies are directly managed by the companies that issue them and which must also comply with data protection regulations.

The full list of partners is also available in the cookie management tool.

4. What types of cookies do we use?

  • Strictly necessary and functional cookies: they are essential for the operation of the Site: maintaining your session, shopping basket, language and country preferences, remembering your cookie choices, security;

  • Audience measurement cookies: they allow us to measure traffic and Site usage (pages visited, journeys), in order to improve its structure, content and performance. Certain audience measurement tools may be exempt from consent when they comply with the conditions set by the CNIL; others are subject to your consent;

  • Advertising and personalisation cookies: they allow us to offer you advertisements and content tailored to your areas of interest, on the Site and elsewhere (social networks, advertising networks), limit ad repetition and measure campaign performance. They are subject to your consent. Given the theme of the Site, certain browsing data may be likely to reveal or infer information relating to your health. JOLLY MAMA takes care not to use such information to build advertising segments or audiences based on sensitive data. ;

  • Third-party feature cookies: they notably allow you to communicate with our customer service team via the live chat integrated into the Site. They are subject to your consent when they are not strictly necessary for the requested service.

6. How long are cookies stored?

In accordance with CNIL recommendations, the lifespan of cookies is determined according to their purpose and in any event does not exceed 13 months. Information collected via audience measurement cookies is kept for a maximum of 25 months. Your consent choice is stored for 6 months.

7. How to manage your choices?

  • On the Site, at any time: click on "Manage my cookies" at the bottom of each page to accept, refuse or customise your choices by purpose and by partner, at any time;

You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. This setting is complementary and does not replace managing your choices on the Site: refusing cookies via our module is sufficient to prevent the placement of cookies subject to consent. For managing cookies and your choices, the configuration of each browser is different. It is described in your browser's help menu, which will let you know how to modify your choices.

If you refuse cookies, only cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the Site will be placed, including a cookie to remember your refusal. Refusing certain cookies may limit certain Site features (such as the chat).

8. Your rights and personal data

The data collected through cookies is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability) and how to exercise them. Certain partners established outside the European Union may receive data; these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission or EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification).

You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
