Treat yourself to this wonderful risotto recipe made with artichokes and avocado. A vegan and indulgent dish – a true delight for your taste buds!

Ingredients

240g artichoke hearts
200g risotto rice
600ml vegetable stock
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of peas
2 ripe avocados
1 lemon
Olive oil

Recipe

Pour a drizzle of olive oil into a saucepan, then add the rice. Toast the rice until it turns translucent.

Then add a ladle of broth and stir well. You can use our range of postpartum broths organic, liquid, ready to use and exceptionally rich in collagen.

Once the water has evaporated, add another ladle of broth and continue in this way until there is no broth left.

Now add the chopped artichokes and the lemon juice. Remove the avocado flesh, mash it well with a fork, then add it to the rice.

Mix everything together and serve piping hot.
