Boosting DHA (Crazy nut)
Our Crazy nut spread is rich in omega-3 and a 34 g serving contains 200 mg of DHA. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, maternal consumption of DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and vision of the foetus and breastfed infant*.

*The beneficial effect is obtained by the daily consumption of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids recommended for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Boosting collagen (Mamaload)
The chocolate powder enriched with collagen. One serving provides 3 g of collagen. We use high-quality marine collagen in the form of collagen peptides. This supplement is also rich in vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.

Boosting iron (Granochoc)
100 g of granola provides 7 mg of elemental iron (50% of the daily intake recommended by health authorities), in bisglycinate form, which is highly absorbed by the body (1). Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.(1)

No, all our products in this pack are gluten-free!

No, this pack is not vegan as Mamaload contains marine collagen. Crazy nut and Granochoc are vegan.

Our Granochoc contains whole almonds, so please be mindful of the choking risk. As for the dosage, 30g of granola provides 2mg of iron, which is safe for children.
You can give your child Crazy nut spread, but we recommend not giving them more than 1 or 2 teaspoons per day depending on their age (as the recommended DHA intake for children aged 6 months to 3 years is 70mg, and between 3 and 9 years is 125mg (ANSES)).

Yes, all of these products can be taken during pregnancy!
