We do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons; products would be destroyed if returned. If you have a problem with an item in your order, you can write to us at contact@jollymama.com. We are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. Our warehouse is generally very quick to process orders and it is often too late to cancel them.
