I'm being charged for delivery even though I have a subscription — is that normal?

📦 Delivery costs are free for subscription orders from €40. This can occasionally happen. If you add a subscription product and a one-off purchase product to your basket, a bug may result in double delivery charges being applied. No need to worry! Simply write to us at contact@jollymama.com with your order number, and we will refund the extra delivery charges.
