Salt
Pepper
Some herbes de Provence (optional)

Recipe

Slice the beetroots very thinly, using a mandoline if you have one. Otherwise, a vegetable peeler works just as well!
Place on a baking tray in the oven at 120°C for 1 hour 15 minutes.

You can also mix them with a little olive oil and herbs before spreading them on a baking tray.

Another idea for a snack: seed crackers!
