Kale is known for its alkalising properties, helping to regulate the body's acidity levels and supporting digestive comfort. Its 40 flavonoids help combat fatigue and strengthen the immune system. Iron carries oxygen throughout the body, supporting cell growth and renewal. The combination of calcium, potassium and vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of strong bones and teeth. And finally, the fibre gives kale a satisfying, filling quality.

Ingredients

3 medium-sized leaves of northern cabbage, green or purple
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 pinch of herb salt

Recipe

Remove the central rib (keep for a juice), rinse and dry the leaves.
Cut into pieces of approximately 3 cm.
Toss in a bowl with the olive oil and salt.
Spread on a baking tray and bake at 140°C for 15 minutes.
