Ingredients
200g of broad beans
200g of tahini (sesame paste)
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
The juice of half a lemon
Salt

Bring water to the boil, then add the broad beans and cook for 25 minutes.
Blend all the ingredients until you reach the desired consistency.
