A super easy seed cracker recipe, perfect as a snack for your aperitifs!

Ingredients

½ portion of seed bread mix Jolly bread

1 tablespoon of curry or herbes de provence

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 pinch of coarse salt

Try our gluten-free Jolly bread, rich in fibre and protein. Ideal in the morning with eggs and a little avocado, for example, to help stabilise your blood sugar levels and start the day on the right foot!

Recipe

Mix the preparation with the amount of water indicated on the packet.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and your choice of: 1 tablespoon of mild curry powder or herbes de Provence.

Mix well and spread on a baking tray (approximately 5mm thick). Add a little coarse salt if you wish.

In the oven for approximately 1 hour at 150°C.

Break the crackers and place them in a box.

You can enjoy them plain as a snack or with hummus, homemade guacamole, sardine rillettes…
