1 cauliflower
20 cl of plant-based cream
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Grated nutmeg
Parsley
Salt
Pepper

Recipe

Trim the cauliflower and cook the florets in boiling water for 15 minutes.

Once cooked, place the cauliflower in a gratin dish.

Season with salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg and finally fresh parsley.

Spread and distribute the cream evenly.

Add the breadcrumbs.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 °C.

Enjoy your delicious cauliflower gratin!

Once ready, you can top it with salted cashew and Provence herb granola, Tomato croq, for even more crunch.
