– 4 oranges
– 6g of our breastfeeding herbal tea
– 1 tablespoon of honey

Recipe

Juice one orange, take the zest and place them in a saucepan with the honey and the infusion.

Add 100 ml of water and bring to the boil. Leave to cool, then strain.

Peel the 3 remaining oranges and cut them into segments. Finally, pour the syrup over the oranges.

Now all that's left to do is enjoy!
