Mix the 2 creams together and leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours

Because even when you follow a cow's milk protein-free diet, you still deserve your galette!

Prepare 2 puff pastry sheets with margarine, or if you're short on time, you can perfectly well buy two ready-made puff pastry sheets from the shops — just make sure they are dairy-free!

Almond cream

125 g of almond flour
100g of margarine
80g of sugar
Mix everything together.

Cream

1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of cornflour
1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
1 dl of oat milk
Mix egg yolk + sugar + cornflour. Blend in with the warm milk.

Mix the 2 creams together and leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours

Spread the cream over one sheet of puff pastry, cover with the second sheet, and seal the edges.
Brush 1 egg yolk over the top so the galette turns golden brown.
30-40 minutes at 180° and it's ready!

For an extra indulgent version, you can add our Crazy Nut hazelnut and cacao spread. It is particularly rich in omega-3 DHA, an essential fatty acid for vision and brain health.
