A spinach and banana waffle recipe. Perfect to make with the kids!

Ingredients

4 eggs
50 g of spinach
1 banana
125 g of almond flour
10 dl of oat cream
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Fat for the waffle iron

Optional :

You can add our collagen powder with cocoa, or our plant protein powder with blueberry, for even more indulgence whilst doing something good for your body.

Mix all the ingredients except the fat (which will be used for the waffle iron) until you obtain a smooth, even batter, then leave to rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
For the topping, choose savoury (hummus, pesto, raw vegetables…) or sweet (compote, jam, honey, fruit…!)
