For your end-of-year celebrations, a little indulgent yet healthy dessert!

Ingredients

Serves 6:

- 400 ml coconut milk
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- A tablespoon of agave syrup
- 5 egg whites
- 1 pinch of salt
– 2 breastfeeding snacks Cho-chocolat or pregnancy snacks Noccio Loco

Recipe

Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks with a pinch of salt, then refrigerate.

Mix the coconut milk, desiccated coconut and agave syrup.

Then gently fold the egg whites into the coconut milk mixture.

Pour into small ramekins and place in the fridge.

When ready to serve, roughly crumble some Cho-chocolat snacks on top. You can also add fruit, such as bananas.
