Ready to boost your milk supply while treating yourself? A delicious coconut sorbet with chocolate granola, containing fenugreek to support milk production. What could be better?

Ingredients

100g of Choco Nut breastfeeding granola

800 g of coconut milk

4 large dates

1 pinch of salt

Recipe

Leave the coconut milk in the fridge overnight.
Blend the ingredients (except the granola) in a blender. The mixture should be smooth.
Place in the ice cream maker. (Alternatively, put the mixture in the freezer for 6 hours.)
When serving, add granola on top.

You can also sprinkle with our breastfeeding snacks.
