Fenugreek is a plant traditionally recognised for supporting breastfeeding.

Our Schizochytrium microalgae oil is naturally rich in omega-3 such as DHA.

The beneficial effect of fenugreek is obtained through the daily consumption of one snack.
The beneficial effect is obtained through the daily consumption of 200 mg of DHA (equivalent to that found in one breastfeeding snack Cho-chocolat), in addition to the daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids recommended for adults, namely 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

The beads are made of silicone.
