Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add 1 egg and 75g of butter cut into pieces. You can add more butter if you prefer a softer texture.
Mix everything together until you get a dough.
Shape into balls and place them on baking paper.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Leave to cool before enjoying.

Vegan alternative: replace the butter and eggs with 65g of almond butter and 65 mL of hazelnut milk.
