The brush

Always massage from the extremities back towards the heart. You can start from the feet and work upwards along the body, using small circular movements.

Light Legs

Dilute one ampoule in a glass of water (150 ml) or juice.
Use as a course of 3 weeks, then take a break between courses. Also consume when travelling long distances or flying.

This food supplement should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Light Legs should be avoided during the first trimester as a precautionary measure. As safety data for the first trimester is lacking, we advise against using it.

Light Legs is not recommended during the last month of pregnancy, as it is preferable to avoid anything that thins the blood close to your due date, in order to reduce the risk of postpartum haemorrhage.

It all depends on the dose and the stage of pregnancy! We have used doses that are compatible during pregnancy and are safe for both mother and baby when the product is taken between the 4th and 8th month of pregnancy. We have also conducted a safety study based on available scientific research showing that our product is safe! *

Light Legs contains orange juice and natural blackcurrant flavourings. It has a slightly bitter taste, similar to grapefruit. Feel free to mix it into a juice if you find the bitterness too strong.
