A trial kit of 2 snacks, specially developed to :
Support breastfeeding. Both snacks contain fenugreek, which supports milk production.*
Stock up on DHA. The consumption of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by the mother contributes to the normal brain development of the breastfed child. 1 Cho-chocolat snack contains 200mg of DHA.
Stock up on fibre. Both snacks are high in fibre.
Reduce fatigue. Both snacks are rich in magnesium, which contributes to reducing fatigue.

*A little reminder, mama: galactagogues are not essential for breastfeeding. The most important thing is to put your baby to the breast without watching the clock.

Fenugreek is a plant traditionally recognised for supporting breastfeeding. We use a vegan Schizochytrium microalgae oil naturally rich in omega-3 DHA in Cho-chocolat.

We recommend consuming 1 to 2 snacks per day.

The beneficial effect of fenugreek is obtained through the daily consumption of one snack.
The beneficial effect is obtained through the daily consumption of 200 mg of DHA (equivalent to one snack), in addition to the daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids recommended for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Be mindful of using galactagogues right after birth, to avoid engorgement. Putting your baby to the breast is the best way to support your milk coming in.

Pregnancy : no

Une bonne alternative

Ces snacks sont super pour découvrir la gamme ( je l'ai ai Tous testé). Idéal pour une petite faim, saine, alternative à des produits beaucoup moins clean pour le corps. Et en plus de cela, petit coup de boost pour la lactation, et que des bonnes choses a transmettre à bébé via l'allaitement ! Facile et rapide quand on a un petit creux je recommande. Le goût est plutôt sympa, sans plus quand même, préférence pour le choco banane 🍌

Un peu déçue

Les deux parfums sont très similaires, sans beaucoup de goût et il faut aimer la texture très compacte de ce genre de snack.

Pas de changement remarqué

J'ai testé le pack découverte allaitement et en mangeant un snack par jour, je n'ai remarqué aucun changement dans ma lactation donc je suis plutôt déçue de l'expérience...

Bonjour Daphnée, nous sommes navrées que les snacks ne vous conviennent pas. Certaines mamans sont plus ou moins réactives aux galactogènes, il faut par ailleurs avoir un allaitement bien mis en place avec une prise au sein à la demande, etc. N'hésitez pas à nous écrire si vous avez besoin d'aide ou de conseils pour votre lactation :)
